Simple instructions for your Vote By Mail Application
If you applied for an absentee ballot but never received it, you can vote by provisional ballot at your polling place on election day.
MAILING IN YOUR APPLICATION - Deadline is May 27th.
A voter may apply for an absentee ballot by completing an Absentee Ballot Application (click here to download) and mailing the application to their County Clerk by mail by May 27th. A voter may also apply in person to the County Clerk until 3:00 p.m., the day before the election. The County Clerk cannot accept faxed copies of an Absentee Ballot Application since an original signature is required.
